➤ Days on Market down to new low: 49 Days
➤ Inventory* down to new low: 6 months (Lowest EVER recorded in Miami)

*Months of Inventory indicates how long it would take to sell everything currently listed on the market, at the current pace of sales.
**For the purpose of Condo Blackbook’s luxury condo market reports, we only consider closed sales for Miami condos priced $1 million or higher. Pre-construction condo sales are not considered.
